What is the Putnam Workforce Partnership?

The Putnam Workforce Partnership (PWP) is comprised of the NYS Department of Labor, the Office of Vocational & Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID, the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), the Putnam County Department of Social Services Employment & Training Unit, the Putnam County Youth Bureau and Putnam County Civil Service, the Putnam Community Action program (CAP), the Putnam County Economic Development Corporation/Industrial Development Agency (EDC/IDA), Westchester Community College, the Putnam County Libraries, and Putnam County Community Affairs.
