How can I obtain a soil survey?

By mail: Send a check for $25 made payable to the Putnam County Commissioner of Finance, and the survey will be mailed to you.
In person: Come to the office to purchase the survey for a cost of $25.

Do you test soil or water?

The department does not do soil or water testing.
