The Putnam County Department of Health is made of several divisions all working towards improving and protecting the health of the community.

There are currently no upcoming public flu clinics scheduled. Please contact your local healthcare provider or pharmacy to receive your flu vaccine.

Greeting
Please proceed to the check-in table. Walk-ins are welcome. You will have time to ask staff questions.
Screening & Vaccination
Screening questions will be asked and the appropriate vaccine will be administered.
Waiting Area
Please stay in the waiting area for 15 minutes.

This is an influenza vaccine clinic for individuals 18 years of age and older.
The fee for vaccination is $30.00. Only cash or credit cards will be accepted.
People 65 and older or anyone with a Medicare card can receive the vaccine for free with their Medicare card.
Short sleeves are preferred for vaccine administration.
