Join the staff at the Kent Public Library for a spellbinding evening of music and fun with Miss Chris, Miss Marlana, and a host of special Halloween characters. Bring your trick-or-treat bags and make your way around the library for a spooktacular haul of goodies. Costumes are highly encouraged!
