2024 Putnam County Youth Forum Planning Committee Meetings Schedule

PLEASE NOTE: All Planning Meetings will be from 6:30-8:00pm unless otherwise indicated.

Meeting locations may change to virtual and/or in-person depending on weather conditions.

***All in-person meetings will be held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension / 4-H Office, located at 1 Geneva Rd., Brewster, NY 10509****

January: (In order to receive Community Service credit, cameras must be ON during virtual all meetings)

•                   April 25th – Event Set-up at Clearpool Education Center, Carmel, NY

•                   April 26th - Youth Forum at Clearpool Education Center, Carmel, NY * 7:00am – 1:30pm

*Planning committee members have the option of taking the bus provided by your school or driving themselves
