The Putnam County Department of Health is made of several divisions all working towards improving and protecting the health of the community. Click on one of the options below to learn more about that division.
Seasonal Public Flu Clinics Scheduled
The Putnam County Department of Health is offering DRIVE THRU public seasonal flu vaccine clinics for Putnam County residents, 18 years of age and older, on:
- Monday, September 29, 2025, from 2:30pm - 5:30pm at the Putnam County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road Brewster, DRIVE THRU.
- Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 2:30pm - 5:30pm at the Garrison Fire Department (NOT A DRIVE THRU).
- Monday, October 20, 2025, from 2:30pm - 6:00pm at the Putnam County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road Brewster, DRIVE THRU.
All public flu clinics require appointments and can be made at https://www.putnamcountyny.gov/fluclinic.
The consent form must be completed and signed prior to the clinic, and presented at the time of the clinic, along with proof of residency (Driver’s License). Consent forms will not be available at the clinic and are available at https://www.putnamcountyny.gov/fluclinic#docs.
Cost of the flu vaccine is $30. For persons age 65 and older or with a Medicare card, flu vaccine will be free.
All residents must remain in their vehicles at ALL times for Drive-Thru clinics.
Short sleeves are necessary for vaccine administration.
