NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the County Executive of the County of Putnam at Room #102 of the County Office Building, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512 on the 15^th day of January, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. concerning:

APPROVAL/ RE-ADOPTION LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE VI, ENTITLED “TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COUNCIL” (Rescinded Reso#377 of 2025)

A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE VI, ENTITLED “TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COUNCIL” 

Section 25-40, Membership and term to be amended to provide updated guidelines regarding the eligibility of the members of the Transportation Advisory Council. Additionally, Section 25-42 has been amended to provide specificity to the powers and duties of the Council. 

Copies of the Local Law are available at the Office of the Putnam County Legislature, Room 318, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512.
