Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Putnam County Historic Courthouse. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 31 new citizens from 18 countries.

The Honorable Supreme Court Judge Gina C. Capone, served as the officiating Judge and offered court remarks. Pastor Andrew Columbia led the prayer and Honorable Columbia County Clerk, Holly Tanner, did the welcoming remarks. Putnam County Director of Putnam County Veterans Service Agency, Karl Rohde, led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Arianna Arocho, a Brewster High School student, sang a rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner and God Bless America.
