Full Text of Signed "Rule of Law" County Resolution and Message

17 July 2023

Today, Putnam County Executive Kevin Byrne signed Resolution # 151 (2023) declaring Putnam County a “Rule of Law” County. Attached to the signed resolution is an approval message to further document intent, directly reference text from the resolution, and debunk false claims that were perpetuated through a coordinated disinformation campaign supported by dissenting political officials and organizations at public meetings, in print media, and on social media.
