Owner: We opened in September 2021.
• What cuisine do you feature?
Owner: A little of everything. Anything baked, from sweet cakes & pastries to savory
empanadas. We also offer baking classes.
• As the owner, what is your favorite item on your menu?
Owner: The Cake Bowls
• What is the most popular item on the menu?
Owner: Currently the Dubai Chocolate Bar, a popular item trend. Overall, I would
say our scones.
• What is it about Putnam, that makes it ideal to open a business here?
Owner: The community itself was lacking a bakery which inspired me to open one. The
residents wanted one and have been very supportive from the moment we opened.
